Step 4: Once the profile is selected, click on the Browse option next to the Destination file box. It will open up a new dialog box. Choose where to save the file and set the name for your converted file. Once set, click Save.

Step 5: Now click the Start option and wait for the video to complete converting. You can see the progress as the progress on the video bar moves. When it reaches the end, the process completes.

Step 6: After the process ends, VLC will save the file in the destination folder, set in the 4th step.
