Vivo has launched multiple smartphones as part of the V series in the market. A new affordable smartphone from Vivo is gearing up to enter into the V-series named the Vivo V23e 5G. Ahead of the launch, the key details of the Vivo V23e 5G have been leaked online.
A tipster named Chun revealed that the Vietnam-based Viettel Store briefly uploaded a hands-on video of the Vivo V23e. However, a user managed to download the video before it was taken down. The footage revealed the Vivo V23e’s design and specifications.
The Vivo V23e 5G features a 6.52-inch AMOLED screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The Vivo V23e 5G features a bezel-less waterdrop notch display featuring a 1080 x 2460 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 412ppi. The smartphone also sports a triple camera setup at the rear. The Vivo V23e 5G sports a 6.52-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels with a pixel density of 412 PPI. The smartphone’s display provides a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a screen-to-body ratio of 83 percent.
In addition to that, the smartphone also offers a waterdrop notch at the top of the display for the front camera. The Vivo V23e 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It runs on the Funtouch OS version built over the Android 12 operating system on top.
In terms of optics, the Vivo V23e 5G features a triple camera setup at the rear that comprises of 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor. At the front, the smartphone features a 50MP selfie shooter for snapping selfies and video chatting.
In terms of security, the Vivo V23e 5G features an under-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. A 4,030mAh battery backs the Vivo V23e 5G with 44W fast charging support.
The Vivo V23e 5G’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, A-GPS Glonass, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v5.1, supports 4G, 3G, 2G, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Other sensors on the smartphone might include Accelerometer, Gyro, Proximity, Compass. The Vivo V23e 5G measures about 161.2 mm x 74.4 mm x 7.4 mm and weighs approximately 171 grams.

The Vivo V23e 5G is priced at Rs. 32,700 ($436) for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage configuration. There’s no confirmation from the company regarding the exact launch date of the smartphone. The Vivo V23e 5G might be available in Diamond Flare and Roman Black color variants.
