It looks like Samsung is gearing up for its Unpacked event on February 11th. Evan Blass, the most popular tipster, posted the image of the promo poster of S20+ and S20 Ultra, which shows a huge camera bump on both the phones. Buyers will also be getting Galaxy Buds + for free on pre-orders.
The S20+ and S20 Ultra may arrive with the Quad camera setup. The specs on the S20 Ultra will bump up significantly as rumors state that it might offer a 108 MP Samsung’s ISOCELL sensor with 10X Optical Zoom and 100X digital Zoom, which is insane. Nothing we know about the S20 as of now.

Samsung S20+/S20 Ultra Specifications
Both the phones will be powered by Exynos 990/Snapdragon 865 based on the region. Each of them will have different screen sizes with the smallest one being the S20 at 6.2-inches, S20+ at 6.7-inches, and S20 Ultra at 6.9-inches.
Although Samsung owns the display market, it was a little ironic to see higher refresh rate displays no used in the Note and S series, but that might change this time as the S series rumors to have 120Hz refresh rate panels. Hence, they are going to be premium.
