Samsung Galaxy J2 Core (2020) Launched in India at Rs. 6,300

Samsung craves for constant growth with the budget and mid-range lineup smartphones in India. The competitors like Xiaomi and Realme are giving the brand a hard time as these two brands were skyrocketing their sales in the soaring and populated markets like India. But, there’s a catch Samsung sells most of its smartphones in offline markets.

Samsung Galaxy J2 Core (2020)

Samsung Galaxy J2 Core is its latest low-end smartphone launched today in India. The specifications are just a mere feature smartphone category. The J2 Core powered by a 14nm Exynos 7570 Quad-core Cortex-A53 Chip, with Mali-T720 GPU embedded.  It runs on the Android Go version. The J2 Core features a 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expandable storage of 256GB via SD card.

The device is the same looking from the 2018’s Galaxy J2 Core with beefed-up storage. The display comes with the corresponding 5-inches LCD panel with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The Gorilla Glass protects the screen, and it is a traditional 16:9 ratio display. The J2 Core runs on Android 8.0, which didn’t get an update since the last iteration.

The Galaxy J2 Core features an 8MP rear sensor with autofocus, and it can record 1080p video at 30fps. The selfie shooter comes with a 5MP sensor. It has a battery capacity of 2,600mAh, which can be removable. The device comes in Gold, Blue, and Black colors. The Samsung J2 Core (2020) is available for a price tag of Rs. 6,300 in India.
