Realme unveiled its latest smartphone, the Realme GT Neo 2, at its launch event in China. At the event, Realme also announced the premiere of the Realme UI 3.0, which will be released in October.
Realme UI was first announced in 2019 when Realme decided to release OPPO’s ColorOS for its custom UI. Realme followed it up with realme UI 2.0 in September this year and was based on Android 11.
Realme did not mention any details about what Realme 3.0 will bring with it. Still, according to some speculations, Realme UI 3.0 will be built on top of Android 12, announced last week by OPPO, and will only offer Android 12 features similar to ColorOS.
Realme announced at the event that it would unveil the Realme UI 3.0 in October. However, the company didn’t provide any details regarding the release date of Realme UI 3.0.
The smartphones are expected to receive the realme UI 3.0 update in India and globally are Realme Series, Realme X Series, Realme Narzo Series, Realme C series, Realme Q Series, Realme V Series. Realme UI 3.0 is said to feature a vast overtake with UI, animation, features, and much more.
The first smartphone to receive the Beta program is likely to be Realme GT. The reason being it is the first device to join the Android 12 developer beta program. The upcoming Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 is likely to bring refreshing features that comprise enhanced notification management, a new user interface, and many more, making it more comfortable for users.
The Realme UI 3.0 will bring a new Gaming Dashboard, Easier Wi-Fi sharing, Scrolling screenshot support, Wallpaper-based theming system, One-handed mode.
There’s also Compatible media transcoding, Enhanced cookie handling, Rich content insertion, New widget organization, More screenshot markup options, Face-based auto-rotate, Smarter app storage management, and many more.
Moreover, users will be able to manage two apps as a single task. The new Ui 3.0 will bring some improvements to privacy features and notifications as well.
