Realme has launched a new tablet which comes as a follow-up device for the previously announced Realme Pad in India. This new device from the brand arrives with a smaller form factor when compared to the regular Pad tablet. The company has launched the tablet alongside the Realme GT 3 Neo and a Smart TV. Previously, Realme launched the Realme Pad mini in the Philippines at $200.

The Realme Pad Mini sports an 8.7-inch IPS LCD with 1340 x 800 pixels screen resolution. The display has a screen-to-body ratio of 81.5%, an aspect ratio of 5:3, and a pixel density of 179PPI. Under the hood, the Unisoc T616 12nm chipset is paired with a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. The storage provided on the tablet is up to 4 GB of RAM and up to 64 GB of internal storage.
The camera module on the Realme Pad Mini features a single camera on the front and rear. The tablet’s rear camera comes with an 8-megapixel sensor with an f\2.0 aperture. The primary camera comes with 1080p support at 30 fps. On the other hand, the front-facing camera of a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calling. The tablet runs on with unique UI made especially for kids based on Android 11 OS.

The Realme Pad Mini starts at Rs. 10,999 for a Wi-Fi version of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB, whereas the LTE version costs Rs. 12,999. The top-of-the-line storage version with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage costs Rs. 14,999, and the tablet comes in grey and blue color options. This mini version of Realme Pad will go on sale from May 2 on Flipkart and Realme’s official website.
