OPPO has introduced a new variant in the Reno series dubbed as Reno 4 Pro in India. The Reno 4 Pro got launched first in the Chinese markets with slight differences in specifications. The Pricing of the Reno 4 Pro Chinese variant is different, too, compared to the option that got announced today in India.
The Reno 4 Pro is the successor for the previously launched Reno 3 Pro in India. The predecessor got announced in March of this year, and now, OPPO has announced the next iteration for the Reno segment in a less time frame. The Reno series from the manufacturer mostly targets the mid-range segment audiences in India.

OPPO Reno 4 Pro Specifications
OPPO Reno 4 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ 3D Borderless Sense Super AMOLED display that supports 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone gets powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G SoC coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage with expandable storage via an SD card.
The smartphone’s camera modules get equipped with Quad Sensors that comprise of a 48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.7 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a duo of 2MP sensors for macro and mono shots. The front camera which sits in the punch hole is a 32MP Sony IMX616 sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The attention-grabbing features of these quad-cameras are AI Color Portrait, Night Flare Portrait, and an Ultra Dark Mode that helps to capture enhanced shots in pitch dark scenes. The smartphone supports 960fps AI slow-motion video recording at 720p resolution and features an Ultra Night Selfie Mode for the front camera.
The fingerprint sensor gets placed within the display. The OPPO Reno 4 Pro has all the connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm Headphone Jack. The device gets beefed up with a 4,000mAh battery that can be charged by a 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charger.

The Reno 4 Pro flaunts in two unique colors that are Starry Night and Silky White, and the price set by OPPO is Rs. 34,990 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage in India. The smartphone is going on sale from August 5 on retail platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm Mall, and Tata Cliq.
