OPPO Find X2 Series gets Beta Update for Android 11

OPPO has launched its latest and higher-end flagships recently as OPPO Find X2 and X2 Pro in the market. Now, both the flagship smartphones are eligible for testing the Android 11 Beta preview. Out-of-the-box, the duo runs on the OPPO’s customized Color OS skin on top of Android 10 Operating System.

The OPPO Find X2 and X2 Pro are the first non-Google devices that are receiving this Public Beta Testing Update. The Developer Previews and Beta Updates of the Android 11 first rolled out to Google’s very own Pixel devices, which are Pixel 3 and 3 XL, that officially run on Stock Android OS.

OPPO Find X2 Series and Beta Update Details 

OPPO Find X2 series is a range of flagship devices from Oppo. They run on the Qualcomm’s flagship 1.8 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 865 SoC. Additionally, they come with 8GB and 12GB of RAM, and the internal storage varies from 128GB to 256GB.

Some of the dedicated features of Android 11 Beta were already present on the Color OS, which is time scheduled system-wide Dark-mode and built-in screen recorder. Additionally, the beta update also includes some important features that would increase the efficiency and security of the Android OS.

The notifications view now gets a revamp where it gets a new dedicated section for prioritizing, observing, and engaging with the received messages. The Bubble Chats have arrived in this update and can use for every messaging that can take full potentials of it, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Google’s Messages.

Apart from the new Android 11’s updated stock features, OPPO Find X2 series has also taken advantage of this Beta update with new features such as All Pixel Omni-Directional PDAF camera focus, HDR video Enhancement, AI Nature Tone Display, and Oppo Share. The OPPO Find X series users can download the update for testing.
