OnePlus has launched its newest mid-range offering Nord a week back in Europe and India. This Nord smartphone is their only cheapest deal in the lineup. The device got warming welcome across the places they announced, and the pre-orders were sold very hugely due to the company’s craze among tech enthusiasts.

The OnePlus Nord got launched on July 21st via an AR event in countries like Europe and India. But, many users are willing to buy the company’s mid-range lineup device in the US. So, the manufacturer is planning for a device also targeting the US market, which would arrive with a New Snapdragon 5G processor that got leaked recently.

OnePlus Nord Upcoming Model Details

The device will get powered by the Snapdragon 690 processor, which is likely Qualcomm’s cheapest 5G SoC to get used. The chipset is less expensive because of the recently launched Nord is powered by the 765 5G SoC, and we can expect the 600-series processor from Qualcomm to get announced at a lower price compared.

The folks at XDA-Developers spotted the lead for the newer version of OnePlus Nord. They performed some investigation on the newly released OxygenOS 10.5, which consisted of some information regarding the Snapdragon 690 SoC. This information from XDA has cleared the air around the upcoming Nord smartphone.

The developers have found a couple of references and codenames that indicated this new device, which is “isSM6350Products,” referred to in Oxygen OS settings. The company has codenamed the smartphone as BE, which abbreviates to Billie Eilish, and there is no surprise because OnePlus has used musicians’ names as codes of their smartphones for a long time.
