Microsoft Announces Surface Duo 2 with Snapdragon 888 and More

Microsoft has finally unveiled its second generation of Surface Duo smartphones. Microsoft unveiled its folding phones on Wednesday night at its fall hardware event. The Surface Duo 2 features the same makeshift foldable design as the original Duo.

The Surface Duo 2 features giant screens with powerful hardware and 5G support. The new Surface Duo 2 features a dual 5.8-inch AMOLED display with an 1892×1344 resolution.

According to Microsoft, the Surface Duo 2 brings new and improved designs to the Surface Duo line. Still emphasizing the ability to multitask, Surface Duo 2 features larger screens, increased durability, a dynamic triple-lens camera, lightning-fast 5G, and a spine that displays notifications when the device is closed. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 sports a dual 5.8-inch AMOLED Pixel Sense display with a 1344×1892 resolution. The Microsoft Duo 2 also features a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate, making it suitable for all types of content. Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus protect the handset’s display.
