Xiaomi India launched a new member in their Mi 11 series in the recent launch event, which comes with some whopping specifications. It comes in two variants- 6GB and 8GB, retailing at Rs. 21,999 and Rs. 23,999 respectively. Along with Mi 11 Lite, the company also launched a new addition to their Mi Watch series- the Mi Watch Revolve Active, retailing at Rs. 8,999 at the moment and eventually for Rs. 9,999.
Mi 11 Lite packs a 4250mAh battery, Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G, and a 64MP triple camera setup, all in a form factor that is just 6.81mm thick and weighing mere 157 grams. In addition, the newly launched Mi Watch Revolve Active features a built-in Alexa voice assistant, 14-day battery life, and SpO2 blood oxygen level monitoring.
Mi 11 Lite: Specifications
Mi 11 Lite features a 6.55″ Full HD+ 10-bit AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is thinner than a traditional OLED panel, with a DCI-P3 wide color gamut and HDR 10 certification. It houses a cornered punch-hole selfie camera, and the brightness level can reach a maximum of 800 nits. The front glass is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and the device has an ingress protection rating of IP53.
Mi 11 Lite is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset and Adreno 618 GPU with up to 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X ram and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11 out of the box and offers side-mounted fingerprint scanning and AI-based face unlocking. It supports 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 5, GPS, and GLONASS.
The rear side of the phone houses a 64MP sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens (119-degree field of view), and a 5MP Tele-macro camera. On the front, the device has a 16-megapixel f/2.45 selfie camera. Mi 11 Lite can record videos in 4K at 30fps max and 960fps slow motion at 720p.
Mi 11 Lite packs a 4250mAh cell which supports fast charging at 33 Watts via USB Type-C. The handset is secured by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an AI-based face unlocking system. It has a glass back, dual stereo speakers, a 360-degree ambient light sensor, IR blaster, but it misses out on the 3.5mm headphone jack. Mi 11 Lite comes in three color options- Jazz Blue, Tuscany Coral, and Vinyl Black.
Mi Watch Revolve Active: Specifications
Mi Watch Revolve Active features a circular dial with a 1.39″ AMOLED display and a resolution of 454 by 454 pixels. It supports over 110 watch faces and an Always-On-Display. It also has a built-in 12nm GPS chip, Bluetooth 5.0, and features a built-in Alexa voice assistant.
The watch houses a 420mAh cell that can keep it alive for 14 days on a single charge and charges via a magnetic cable. It supports over 117 workout modes, automatic workout detection, SpO2 blood oxygen level monitoring, real-time heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking.
The capsule weighs just 32 grams and supports 3rd party watch straps, which the user can choose depending on their liking. In addition, the device is waterproof up to 5ATM. When paired with a smartphone, the watch can mirror notifications and control media playback; however, the device doesn’t have an in-built speaker unit to attend voice calls and listen to audio, but it has a microphone for the Alexa voice assistant.
Pricing and Availability
Mi 11 Lite will go on sale from 25th June 2021 and will be available to buy on Flipkart, Mi India online store, and Mi offline stores. The 6GB ram variant with 128GB of storage will be available for Rs. 21,999, and the 8GB ram variant with 128GB of storage will be available for Rs. 23,999.
On the other hand, Mi Watch Revolve Active will go on sale from the same day and will be available to buy on Amazon India, Mi India online store, and Mi offline stores. Mi Watch Revolve Active will be sold for Rs. 9,999.
