Battlegrounds Mobile India is one of the top-rated mobile games in India at the moment. So far, the game is available only for Android devices in India. BGMI has already been downloaded more than 46 million times just a little over a month after the launch.
Wooyol Lim, Head of Battlegrounds Mobile Division at South Korean gaming company Krafton, said that the developers are doing their best to bring BGMI to the iOS users in India as soon as possible. “We will soon make announcements on our social media handles to keep our fans updated,” Lim told IANS.
Krafton has announced a brand new event for the BGMI players where they are offering some fantastic rewards to the users. In the event’s post, Krafton hinted about the BGMI IOS Release. It is the first time that Krafton has confirmed the coming of the iOS update. Please note that the battle royale mobile game is already available for Android users. In a new post, Battlegrounds Mobile India’s Instagram page announced players’ 50M download reward.
Once Battlegrounds Mobile India hits 50 million downloads on the Google Play Store, these rewards will be given to all players. Talking about winning free rewards, BGMI said that “it prepares all Indian players to receive rewards regardless of their OS.” What makes the iOS release even more evident is that the post ends with an emoji of an Apple.
Krafton is yet to release the official launch date of the Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS version. Similar to the Android release, it is likely that Krafton will first announce the beta version of the BGMI iOS version, test it for some time, and later followed it with a stable release. We must now wait for Krafton to announce the release date of the BGMI iOS version officially.
BGMI for iOS could be released on August 20th. The information coming from sources in Krafton, the iOS version of the game, will be launched once the reward collection period. Battlegrounds Mobile India will go live for iOS products on August 20th with all the previously offered rewards for Android devices.
To claim the rewards, the BGMI community has to complete three milestones successfully, which include 48million, 49 million, and 50 million downloads on the Google Play Store. After achieving the milestones successfully, the milestone rewards will be unlocked in the in-game center. The rewards include Supply Coupon Crate Scrap X, Classic Coupon Crate Scrap X3, and Permanent Galaxy Messenger Set X1.
Krafton also mentioned, “We are preparing for all Indian players to receive rewards regardless of their OS.” So, the iOS users will also be getting the same rewards once the game launches on the platform.
